ABOUT ME

Bio

Picture

I am an Assistant Professor of Instruction
in the Judy Genshaft Honors College at the University of South Florida and a consultant at Partners in Mission. I specialize in normative ethics, applied ethics, moral psychology, and philosophy of education. My research and work sit at the intersection of AI ethics and character formation. I explore all things through a Neo-Aristotelian lens.

Read my recent op-eds below:

The Public Discourse, "Only The Humanities Can Save the University from AI."
Inside Higher Ed, "A Way to Save the Essay."
The Blog of the American Philosophical Association, "Online Philosophy Pedagogy in the Age of AI."
The Public Discourse, "Beware of Catholic AI."
The American Spectator, "Timeless Education in an AI World."
